Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions and Cancellation

Chesslytix offers paid subscription plans (monthly and annual) that renew automatically. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your profile settings.

  • When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.
  • You will not be charged for the next billing period after cancellation.
  • After the current period ends, your account will revert to the free plan.
  • Your games and data are preserved and remain accessible within free plan limits.

2. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Chesslytix. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Within 14 days of first purchase: if you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund of your most recent payment. This applies to first-time subscribers only.
  • After 14 days: no refunds will be issued for the current billing period. You may still cancel to prevent future charges.
  • Annual subscriptions: if you cancel within 14 days of your annual renewal, you may request a pro-rata refund for the unused months.
  • Service outages: if the Service is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to issues on our end, you may request a pro-rata credit for the affected period.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@chesslytix.app with:

  • Your account email address
  • The date of the charge
  • The reason for your refund request

We aim to process refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.

4. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in cases of account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service, or for charges older than 60 days.
